YMCAのスポーツ・フットネス施設。会員登録（有料）するとボストン近郊のYMCA施設を利用可能。各種スポーツ・フィットネスクラス開催。レキシントンからはWaltham、NorthSuburban (Woburn)にあるYMCAが便利。
レキシントンの総合芸術センター。コンサート・劇・朗読会などの主催の他、子供・大人向けの音楽・美術・工芸・ダンスなどの講座を開催。
上記団体・施設では、春・夏・冬季など休暇中のキャンプ（数日〜週単位の集中クラス）を行なっています。＊のある施設では未就学児向けのキャンプも開催。詳細は各ウェブサイトでご確認ください。
NPO団体主催の無料の英会話グループ（レキシントン図書館など市内で週３回開催）
Lexington Art s & Crafts Society
絵画・陶芸・写真・木工・バスケット作り・織物などの講座。
地元アーティストや学生の作品展示会の他、作品の即売会もあります。
